cAcAO vs. cOcOA - so similar and so different

Recently I tried to swop my morning coffee for a piece of high-quality dark chocolate.
(yes trying because I’ve been a coffee addict okay, give me some time)
Don’t get me wrong, it even took me a while to get used waiting 1,5 hours for my first coffee after getting up. I looove coffee and I still loooove to drink it.
Unfortunately I do tend to get into hyper-focus mode while working — which sounds productive, but for me it often means getting tense, stiff and way too wired way too early. And coffee tends to push me over the edge :)))
Chocolate, on the other hand, wakes me up gently. I feel focused, but calmer. More present. Less clenched jaw, more flow.

Even tho I also looove breakfast (it’s my favourite meal), in the week I barely get to it. But I do know that intermitted fasting isn’t the best option for me personally. So a piece of chocolate obviously is not enough by far, but is a damn sweet start.
It …
• fuels me
• helps me wake up
• doesn’t overstimulate my nervous system
• and requires zero effort or Schweinehund-Überwindung (little gem for the germans) because… IT’S CHOCOLATE 🍫
love to collab with @sumakterra on this one 🤍

Lena
